Summary:

As director of a newly created G&A IT Operation's role, you will be lead Regenerons' Human Resources, Finance, Procurement, Legal and Facilities IT operational support for Regenerons applications, data base and integration and Managed Service relationship. This leader will be responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining policies/SOP, and processes for leveraging Application Managed Services and / or Managed Service Providers (MSP's). Provide strategic leadership in collaborating with Infrastructure Operation in defining common monitoring and problem reporting services. In addition you will lead the managing to and reporting on G&A's operational Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Provide leadership and guidance in the management of Oracle on-premise and SaaS platforms for financial, human resources, supply chain and manufacturing applications. Responsible for effective delivery of Applications, Database, Integration Services, Security, Performance and Testing services delivered by Managed Services to the organization. Support Regenerons' Business Relationship Manager, Business Analysts, Application Technology Functional Analysts, Development, Integration services team members to meet deliverables and business SLAs.

Responsibilities:
• Ensure day-to-day system support needs meet business expectations across General Administrative Services.
• Partner with business to define, implement and report on service levels for the support of mission-critical systems.
• Develop and implement a blended full-time staff and Application Services Delivery / Managed Service Provider support model.
• Manage IT partners and vendors including but not limited to deliverables, resource utilization, services agreements and contracts, SLAs, periodic assessment of services.
• Partner with Corporate IT Service Desk (Tier 1) to ensure coordinated support for both G&A managed systems as well as enterprise IT systems used by G&A.
• Work collaboratively with Corporate IT in the development and adherence to standards and governance, enterprise architecture and common infrastructure.
• Responsible for operational SOPs, compliance and workflows, SOX and Deviations and CAPA.
• Responsible for IT compliance with all IT Information Security policies
• Provide leadership and subject matter expertise on projects and manage delivery of minor enhancement along with resolution on issues, change requests and problem requests.
• Responsible for Knowledge Transfer information to Run team from build team as project(s) go live by engaging in the last phases ( UAT, Cutover) of projects.
• Support Organization's 3-5 year IT applications/solutions road map
• Contributes to Systems Strategy and Governance.

Supervisory Responsibilities:
Responsible for management of vendor relationships and ensuring quality and delivery of service.
Requirements:

• Techno-Functional experience in implementation of Oracle ERP application preferably Oracle eBusiness Suite R12.
• Experience supporting or managing the support (run) of General Administrative Service's applications including business areas of Finance, Procurement, Human Resources, Legal, Facilities and Investor Relations
• Strong knowledge of technologies such as Oracle ERP both cloud and on-premise, Applicant Tracking Systems, Strategic Sourcing Systems and Integration Services for G&A.
• Experience managing IT staff
• Experience leading Managed Service Providers (MSP)
• Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities with a sense of urgency
• Strong knowledge of SDLC methodologies, SOX and CFR Part 11 compliance
• BS/BA Degree with 15+ years relevant experience. MS degree and 12+ years relevant experience.
