Position Summary

We are looking for a Research Associate with a strong background in murine IVF, Cryopreservation, and Embryology. The primary role of this position will be to support high-throughput production of genetically engineering mouse models designed for discovery research and drug development. A successful candidate must be proficient in performing techniques associated with in vitro fertilization, germplasm cryopreservation and recovery, and/or microinjection.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
- Murine in vitro fertilization
- Cryopreservation/cryorecovery of mouse sperms, oocytes and/or embryos
- Collect, harvest, and culture of murine germplasm
- Surgical embryo transfer via oviduct and/or uterine
- Embryo microinjection
- Necropsy and/or dissection microsurgery

Additional Responsibilities:
- Data entry, analysis and project update presentation at weekly meeting
- Support technology advancement and innovation as well as process optimization

This position requires a Bachelor degree or equivalent in biology or life sciences, and a minimum 2 years of experience with murine handling and techniques associated with IVF, cryopreservation and cryo-recovery
- Experience in microinjection is a plus
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to details
- Must have excellent communication skills
- Flexibility to work on weekends/holidays
- Dedication to team work is essential
