Summary :
Tarrytown/Sleepy Hollow, NY
Provide functional and technical mapping and project execution support for digital marketing systems, manage requirements through training and enhancements/lifecycle. Specifically related to marketing technology and related digital processes (e.g. website deployment, content marketing, patient and provider outreach, digital corporate communications). Provide internal digital and data driven marketing expertise to key commercial functions, focusing on Marketing (Brand, Unbranded) and Corporate Communications (PR, digital, social)

• Provide support to Commercial IT leaders in developing business cases by providing business benefits analysis and estimates for area of responsibility (business requirements, functional design, business processes, UAT).
• Deep understanding of digital marketing platforms, analytics and use of tools to drive market activities
• Serves as part an educator on the capabilities of digital marketing tools and platforms to enable marketing and communication activities.
• Elicit requirements for projects and enhancements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, task and workflow analysis.
• Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal customers to analyze information needs and functional requirements and deliver artifacts as required by the project methodology.
• Translate requirements and processes into realistic, innovative solutions
• Lead user acceptance testing for major initiatives, small projects and enhancements ensuring that the final solution delivers against business requirements.
• Serve as the conduit between the internal functional owner community and the software development team(s) through which requirements flow and are designed, built and tested.
• Support end-user technology training and communications.

Business Technology Planning
• Support commercial IT and commercial leadership to Identify gaps in existing processes, determine disposition (major project, small project, enhancement) and provide recommendations for future process & technology improvements.
• Build and maintain relationships with assigned customers.
• Develop and continually strengthen deep knowledge of marketing technologies and business processes for assigned areas.
• Act as a workstream lead to ensure plans that support key process areas meet business requirements now and for the future.

• Bachelors College Degree and/or 6 years of IT BA or PM experience including 1-2 years hands-on experience with marketing platforms.
• Strong ability to collaborate with commercial leaders, fields sales , senior technologists, to define business processes, analyze operational efficiencies, implement creative solutions and measure delivery results.
• Experience in business process & requirements gathering through execution.
• Experience with core marketing platforms (e.g. Adobe, SiteCore, Drupal, email marketing (ExactTarget, Salesforce, etc), video content/Brightcove) and social media data.
• Collaborative, agile mindset to drive speedy, creative and efficient use of technology and data to drive business value.
• Project management & data analytics (in the context of marketing analytics).
• Ability to creatively and constructively challenge technical designs to ensure simplicity and supportability.
• High degree of business acumen and urgency to act.
• Capable of translating and presenting technical concepts into practical business terms in both small and large group settings.
• Ability to analyze and document complex business processes.
• Ability to think analytically, a proactive problem solver.
