Position Summary

Summary:

Responsible for helping to supporting the Accounting department as it relates to the Oracle Financial, OTL, and Payroll modules. This person will be responsible for assisting with testing and will assist in special projects for the following areas: Oracle General Leger, Closing, Procurement Closing, Payables Closing, FX rates, Cash Management, Fixed Assets, Payroll and OTL. He/she will also be responsible for supporting the Accounting Operations management team on a day-to-day basis as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for documenting processes and procedures as required.
• Resolve day-to-day system related issues: Oracle General Ledger, OTL, Payroll, etc.
• Testing related to OTL, Payroll, Concur Feeds, Fixed Assets, Consolidation, Elimination, special projects.
• Responsible for the Month End Closes.
• Gather and report on data as needed for the Accounting and Payroll functions.
• Preparation of payroll reconciliations and associated supporting schedules.

Requirements:

• Must have experience with Oracle Financials Suite
• Strong ability to breakdown information, analysis it, and communicate results.
• Excel super-user (Pivots, Formulas, Macros, etc.).
• Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and assignments, meet deadlines, and communicate results.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills are mandatory.

Minimum Years of Experience: Minimum 5+ experience
Minimal Educational Requirements: Bachelors Degree
