Summary:
Within the Global Development Training function, this position coordinates and supports training related activities in support of business objectives. This includes having responsibility for all Learning Management System activities in order to ensure compliance with SOP and ICH/GCP required training.

Responsibilities:
Essential Functions required for the job. List both technical and managerial requirements if applicable.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for any LMS (Learning Management System) related activity relevant to Global Development
• Serve as the primary point of contact for working with vendors to ensure training materials and records are current in their LMS; request training compliance reports and follow up on outstanding issues with vendors
• Assist in the development and maintenance of training and learning assets for Global Development
• Participate in audits of the training function, track audit responses, investigate findings, and produce reports
• Curate training materials and supporting documentation for the Global Development Training function and manage on collaborative workspaces (e.g., Sharepoint)
• Enter training assets into LMS
• Run LMS reports
• Manage the training evaluation process, including developing and administering feedback surveys and producing reports
• Help develop metrics for training
• Participate in other training projects as requested

Requirements:
• Experience supporting the design, development, and delivery of training, specifically in a research or health care environment, is required.
• Proficiency as a Learning Management Systems administrator is required
• Experience working in a regulated environment, ideally clinical trial research, is strongly preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills
• Working knowledge of training methodologies and adult learning principles
• Good knowledge of ICH/GCP and regulatory requirements
• Self-motivated, with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic and geographically diverse environment.
• Demonstrated ability to interface effectively with senior leaders and different levels of the organization.
• Excellent problem solving, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Exemplary customer service skills
• Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities with a sense of urgency.
• Ability to collaborate well with others
• Attention to detail and accuracy of work.
• BS/BA Degree with 5+ years relevant experience.
