Summary: The Associate Manager / Manager Supply Chain – Strategy & IMS is responsible for supporting Supply Chain Planning initiatives that impact overall operations within Regeneron. This position serves as a liaison between functional leadership and direct reports in the Supply Chain Planning organization ensuring strategic alignment of all improvement activity and standardized communication of all CI activity in the Supply Chain Planning organization and supports the development of supply chain strategy, supply chain design, process simplification, and standardization initiatives.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
• Manage and oversee all strategy and management system activities; driving standardization of CI and problem-solving processes throughout Supply Chain Planning.
• Maintain a dashboard of KPIs reflecting plan/process effectiveness and drive positive results. Complete root cause analysis and close any gaps between plan and performance through appropriate countermeasures.
• Ensure standardized training of all Supply Chain Planning personnel on A3 problem solving and continuous improvement tools such as process mapping, direct observation, and root cause analysis.
• Support or facilitate process mapping and kaizen events within Supply Chain Planning tied to strategic imperatives or sitewide goals.
• Maintain repository and archival system of all IMS documentation and assist in driving follow up activity throughout Supply Chain Planning.
• Maintain documentation of current state molecule process flows.
• Assist in analysis of Supply Chain Planning processes, monitoring metrics, and identifying gaps in existing methods to reduce waste and improve value chain efficiency.
• Assist in defining, generating, and managing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure and improve process efficiency linked with strategic bowling charts.
• Provide overall daily management of molecule playbooks.
• Support development of presentations to leadership and supply chain strategy updates.
• Function as a subject matter expert in continuous improvement, problem-solving, and structured management systems.
• Coach and mentor associates, helping develop skills required for advancement.
• Travel may be required, Education and Experience:
• Requires BA/BS in business, engineering, or scientific discipline with a minimum of 6 years related experience including 3 or more years of management responsibility.
• MS/MBA preferred.
• Expertise functioning within a formal business management system such as Toyota, Danaher, Ingersoll Rand, Honeywell or similar structured methodology preferred.
• APICS, ISM, ASQ or SME professional certification preferred; CPIM, CSCP, CPSM, CSSBB, or Lean.
• Prior cGMP regulated experience in pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry a plus.
