Summary:
The Sr. Manager/Manager, US Marketing will have responsibility and accountability for the development and implementation of commercial activities for KEVZARA, a human monoclonal antibody for the treatment of moderate to severe Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA). Primary responsibility is to lead and/or assist in the execution of key marketing projects and initiatives targeted to commercial activities with healthcare professionals. The role is a critical member of the KEVZARA US marketing brand team.

Responsibilities:
• Develop strategy for and execution of commercial meetings and POAs. Serves as POA captain, responsible for POA strategy development and execution.
• Responsible for engagement with the national, regional, and local scientific meetings and congresses in alignment with brand strategies and objectives.
• Will lead Alliance Joint Review Committee activities to ensure that all promotional materials are aligned to brand strategies and meet all legal, regulatory, and compliance objectives.
• Develop strategies for and lead development of materials for Allied Health Professionals and promotions to this target audience.
• Provide input to, and utilize findings from, market research studies dedicated to understanding needs of health care professionals with respect to the management of rheumatoid arthritis.
• Tracks activities and spend to ensure project timelines and expenses are kept on scope and budget.
• Lead/assist in the development and execution of a US Strategic & Tactical Plans.
• Assist in managing and partnering with all agencies as appropriate.
• Ensure an effective and productive partnership with Alliance partner in meeting brand objectives.
Requirements:
• Strong communications & presentation skills required.
• Ability to lead and work effectively across multiple functions, stakeholders, and Alliance partners.
• Results oriented, self-motivated.
• Ability to work in an evolving and dynamic environment/flexibility.
• Must be willing to travel approximately 25-30% (including weekend travel as needed).
• Presentation skills and the ability to listen and communicate to a wide variety of scientific and commercially oriented individuals.
• Combines strategic thinking with strong implementation skills.
• Demonstrated problem solving ability.
• Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum 7-9 years of progressive related experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Rheumatology and/or inflammation experience with injectable biologics a plus.
• US/Global marketing experience with a focus on HCP promotion preferred.
• Experience with product launch(es) highly desirable.
• Previous work within a co-promote or alliance is a plus.
• Previous sales experience a plus.
• Previous commercial experiences (sales training, market research, etc.) a plus.
