The Administrative Coordinator will support the Head of the Transaction Law Group the 13 other members of the Transaction Law Group (including nine attorneys). The Assistant will also be expected to maintain absolute confidentiality and interact in a professional manner with various individuals inside and outside Regeneron.

• Scheduling and organizing meetings, including ordering meals/refreshments and setting up IT.
• Greeting and directing visitors, and working with Security to ensure proper compliance is followed in regards to visitors and outside vendors.
• Managing travel arrangements.
• Processing Expense and Reimbursement Reports.
• Providing assistance to members of the Transactions Law Group in processing requests for contracts and maintaining the Company's contracts database from time to time as may be necessary.
• Maintaining files.
• Providing a wide variety of word processing support, including but not limited to legal documents.
• Ordering and maintaining office supplies and equipment.
• Sorting, screening, and distributing of incoming and outgoing mail.
• Requesting repairs and following up with various departments on technical issues (IT, Facilities, etc.).
• Tracking deadlines and ensuring completion of projects.

• Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred and 5+ years of experience working in a legal environment. Experience working in an IP Group is a plus.
• Pays attention to detail; has excellent time management skills; is flexible, helpful, quick learner, proactive, professional and courteous.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral); ability to maintain absolute confidentiality is required.
• Proficient using relevant computer programs (e.g., Outlook, MS Office, including Excel and PowerPoint). Will be trained on other systems as needed.
