Position Summary

There are two positions in Clinical Systems in Tarrytown, NY. Global Clinical Development Systems group has an exciting opportunity for 2 Data Analytics Summer Interns interested in learning about Regeneron while contributing value to Global Clinical Development Systems and our internal clients. Regeneron Clinical Operations team is building an integrated data repository to support the analytics needs of our business. This will combine data from various sources into a data mart that users will query through various visualization tools. These students will understand the Clinical Development process and their analytics requirements. The students will then analyze the data inputs/feeds from source to data mart and test the integrations and the visualizations. Aside from that, the students will assist with optimizing a set of dashboards built using QlikView to determine if they need to be changed to work with the new data-mart. The deliverables will include test results, documentation of data-flows and documentation of analysis of QlikView dashboards. The students will primarily work with the Global Clinical Systems, Regeneron Corporate IT and the Business Analytics groups.

• Must be an undergraduate or graduate student
• Must be pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Database Management, or Information Management
• Experience with data analytics and visualizations, documenting computer systems and/or data management
• Must have excellent oral and written communication skills

Intern Program Requirements:
• Must be enrolled in, or accepted to, an academic program pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree
• Prefer demonstrated leadership in areas such as campus activities, clubs, sports or the community
• Minimum GPA of 3.0

Other Details:
• A free shuttle is offered from the North White Plains or Tarrytown train stations to the Tarrytown campus
