Summary:
This position is responsible for serving as the data quality lead across various therapeutic areas supporting field reporting. This includes managing QC processes, analyzing data, tracking data investigations and sharing findings within the team and external stakeholders.

We are seeking a candidate with a proven track record of data quality management across various data sources within the pharmaceutical industry. The purpose of this role is to ensure the data provided to our stakeholders and downstream processes is of the highest quality possible and any issues found are resolved in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:
• Utilizing BI tools perform ad hoc analyses on various data sets in order to:
• Troubleshoot field report inquiries to identify underlying data issues.
• Understand impact of these issues.
• Develop recommendations to resolve issues.
• Enhance quality controls to proactively identify issues.
• Track and lead all field reporting data investigations with data providers including vendors (e.g. IQVIA), data aggregators (e.g. LiquidHub) and internal Regeneron data sources (e.g. samples, call activity, speaker programs).
• Present findings and associated recommendations based on analyses and data investigations to internal team and stakeholders.
• Effectively and efficiently work with an enterprise environment involving very large data sets, millions of records in both databases and flat files, utilizing SAS and/or Tableau.
• Serve as the subject matter expert and maintain documentation for all data sources and data processes in field reporting, provide training and answer questions as needed.
• Work with the commercial information technology team to ensure business requirements are captured for development and deployment of relevant field reporting data quality assurance procedures.
Requirements:
• Bachelors degree required.
• Demonstrated knowledge and hands-on working experience managing/analyzing IMS data (e.g. Xponent PlanTrak, DDD, APLD/Claims), 867 sales data, specialty pharmacy dispense/status data.
• Expertise working with data in MS Office (Excel/Access) and BI tools (e.g. Tableau, SAS, SQL).
• Experience with data quality best practices including data issue resolution and data source vendor management.
• The ability to work effectively and independently in a dynamic environment, to cope with change and ambiguity and manage multiple priorities.
• Possess strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interact with all levels of employees including senior management.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, comfort in presenting to groups.
• Experience in supporting both specialty retail (Rx) and oncology buy & bill (account sales) preferred.
• 8-10 years of relevant professional experience in the biopharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
