Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Drive and participate in business and LuproLink strategic planning and process. Leverage core marketing capabilities in the creation and refinement of LuproLink marketing plans.
  • Leverage understanding of the needs of the Urology marketplace, with a specific focus on inventory / patient management. Address consumer and marketplace concerns and trends.
  • Utilize various research methods (e.g., market surveys, focus groups, consumer interviews) to develop effective positioning and key points of differentiation into the marketplace.
  • Direct and manage projects including execution of LuproLink marketing plans, initiatives and tasks.
  • Effectively manage projects to deliver high-quality work in a timely fashion. Ensure that all Medical, Regulatory, Compliance and Legal guidelines are followed, by effectively following appropriate processes.
  • Assist in the management of scope, direction, and terms of external partner relationships and oversee all aspects of external partner relations including budget planning and delivery of projects within pre-planned expenditure.
  • Manage partnership with internal stakeholders such as Customer Service and GPO Brand Team to ensure commercial standards are being met at all levels of AbbVie.
  • Serve as point of escalation when technical support efforts do not solve customer needs.
  • Exhibits the AbbVie Ways of Working.
Qualifications Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field equivalent.
  • 4-6+ years of relevant work experience in marketing, pharmaceutical sales management, pharmaceutical sales training, with a strong focus on IT
  • Strong leadership skills and an exceptional ability to work cross functionally with internal and external agency partners to achieve goals. Ability to lead without authority
  • Excellent project management capabilities, good analytical and conceptual abilities, self-starter initiative and team orientation.
  • Ability to see long-term opportunities and create road map to future software releases
  • Excellent problem solver
  • Strong communication, presentation and inter-personal skills.
  • Focused attention to detail, execution, and follow-through.
Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in Urology, IT, Electronic Health Record
  • Multiple experiences within commercial and operations (Brand, Training, Customer Service, Sales, IT)
  • Experience working with and managing external partners including database partners, digital partners and internal cross functional partners.
  • Ability to work with all levels in a highly matrixed organization.
  • Ability to influence senior management.
