Summary:

This Senior Research Associate will be part of a team responsible for the development & validation of novel immune-oncology targets.

Primary Responsibilities:

In vitro characterization of immune-oncology candidates

Analysis of tissues/cells towards understanding MOA

Cell culture and cell based assay development

Experience and Skills required:

The qualified individual will possess a Bachelor's degree in Cell/Molecular Biology or relevant field, and 4-8 years of industry experience in biologic development.  

The ideal candidate will have experience with most of the following:

 

Assays:  ELISA, cell-based, FACS, assay development

Cell culture: transfection, small scale protein expression

Molecular biology: DNA/RNA isolation, PCR, qPCR, cloning

Cell isolation from tissue/blood

Protein analysis:  SDS-PAGE, IEF, Western, IP

Strong written and verbal communication skills as well as interpersonal skills

Attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines

Be a self-motivated and productive player in an interdisciplinary team environment
