We have an opening for a Research Associate to work closely in a four-person PD team within the Quantitative Biology Department. This role will be focused on the development and execution of clinically applicable coverage assays to evaluate patient samples.
The successful candidate should have a M.S. or a B.S. in a relevant life sciences discipline with relevant experience in in-vitro assay development. Exposure to cell culture techniques including in vitro cell based assays utilizing mouse and human cells to measure biomarkers is highly desired. The successful applicant will have a sound understanding or direct experience of a variety of techniques including flow cytometry, ELISA, PBMC purification and nucleic acid isolation. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, are required along with flexibility, problem-solving abilities and the capacity to focus on time-sensitive objectives.
