Provide senior level consultation and direction to the Infrastructure Services organization on IT compliance with policies, processes, and procedures. This position is responsible for interpreting and communicating infrastructure platform and service compliance requirements. It plans and manages the operational and administrative activities of the IT Infrastructure Services compliance staff and those in infrastructure organization supporting service and software engineering and development, service operations, quality, compliance and audits.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Serves as a liaison and source of information on IT infrastructure compliance needs and capabilities for the rest of the IT organization.

  • Develops business relationships and integrates activities with external IT business solution and compliance organizations.

  • Drives compliance governance and sustainability across multiple infrastructure projects, service delivery and support areas and provides compliance guidance and expertise to infrastructure staff in fulfillment of their duties.

  • Responsible for the interpretation and communication of compliance related changes impacting the Infrastructure Services organization to ensure timely adoption.

  • Responsible for maintaining compliance training consistency standardization and oversight across the Infrastructure Services organization.

  • Partners with Infrastructure Services vendors and managed service providers to ensure they are meeting their compliance obligations.

  • Responsible for developing and driving proactive audit preparedness within the infrastructure services organization and when observations are rendered, ensures follow up actions and commitments are met.

  • Represents compliance related interests of the Infrastructure Services organization on changes to the environment including process improvement initiatives, the development and implementation of next generation services and technologies and on mergers and acquisitions.

  • Manages IT compliance staff in the development and implementation of metrics for assessing success of infrastructure compliance efforts.

  • Supports resource planning and staff allocation across multiple infrastructure projects and functional areas for compliance-specific support activities.

Basic

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience, preferably in Computer Science or Information Systems.

  • 10-15 years' experience in quality systems analysis, or equivalent combination of education and work experience.

  • 1-2 years supervisory experience, employee development, business and process experience.

  • Knowledge of GxP and SOX regulatory requirements

  • Knowledge of ITIL is desired
