  • Perform in vivo/in vitro studies to evaluate efficacy of test agents in mouse models
  • Monitor mice groups enrolled in drug efficacy and mechanism of action studies
  • Perform drug dosing by various routes of administration (IP, oral gavage and IV)
  • Monitor in-life study measurements:
    • tumor volume
    • body weight
    • tracking overall health condition
    • survival of mice
  • Support scientific teams in multiple parallel projects
  • Perform cell based assays and in vivo/ in vitro experiments
  • Manage and organize assay workflow, draft protocols, and support lab operations
  • Assist in experiment design, data analysis, assay setup and validation
  • Follow laboratory safety guidelines and practices


  • Bachelors / Masters in Biology or related field
  • 0-5 years experience working with mice or rodents
  • Proficient with mouse models of inflammatory disease or cancer


  • Proficient with primary cell culture techniques, assays, and tools
  • Familiar with current molecular biology and genetic engineering methods, including viral transduction, genetic modification, and DNA cloning
