As expected, the 12th Annual BioPartnering Europe (BPE) conference last week offered an array of opportunities for biotechnology companies to identify new partners and sources of finance. Delegate registration was 1,200 and the numbers were further bolstered by the attendance of over 40 European journalists. A lively and bustling atmosphere filled the QEII Centre in Westminster, London, as representatives from US and European Biotechs, big pharma and investors came together for Europe's key biotech conference.
