Scientist, Biotech Company SynPep Charged With Fraud; Falsifying Scientific Paperwork

A scientist and his biotechnology company were charged Tuesday on 13 counts of mail fraud, false statements and related charges for allegedly shipping bogus research material to many corporate and academic researchers, including at the U.S. National Institute of Health and the Walter Reed Medical Center, federal prosecutors said Tuesday.
