Voyager Pharmaceutical Corporation Announces Revised Terms For IPO

RALEIGH, N.C., Dec 8 /PRNewswire/ -- Voyager Pharmaceutical Corporation announced today revised terms for its upcoming IPO. The estimated price range has been lowered from $15.00-$19.00 per share to $11.00-$15.00 per share. The shares of common stock to be offered by the Company in the offering have been decreased by 1,400,000 shares such that the aggregate number of shares to be sold in the offering will now be 4,500,000 shares.
