STRATFORD, Conn., June 12 /PRNewswire/ -- Vertebron, Inc., a U.S.-based spinal implant manufacturer, held its annual Shareholder Meeting Monday, June 9, 2008 in which Paul Sendro, the new President and CEO presented a favorable picture of the business as his new management team gains momentum.

Paul Sendro, with more than 18 years experience in Orthopedics, assumed his new position in October of 2007 and has since been assembling his team of highly experienced professionals to lead the company into a new era of growth and innovation.
