Have you ever been asked to participate in an exit interview? Are you afraid that your answers might hurt your chances in the long run for future references? Exit interviews often allow an employee to review their own performance and critique the company's performace as an employer without any fear of reprisal and therefore are mutually beneficial. They are also extremely valuable for employers and assist them in gaining valuable information inside their own corporate structure that normally an employee would be afraid to expose and/or express to a current employer.
