The Best Qualities of a Protein Bar Are Found in GeoProtein Bars

Bornfitness.com developed five rules to help you determine if a protein bar passes its test for quality:

  1. Sugar is not the first ingredient listed.
  2. It has 10 grams or more of protein.

  4. It avoids sugar alcohols.
  5. The bar contains fewer than 400 calories.
