Teva Pharmaceutical Industries Limited And Procognia Limited Sign An Exclusive Collaboration Agreement For The Development Of Biopharmaceuticals

Accessing the technology and skill set from Procognia should significantly benefit both the development and manufacturing processes."

Further financial terms of the agreement are not disclosed.
