Takeda Pharmaceutical Co. Ltd. And Abbott Laboratories Gives Novartis International AG U.S. OTC Prevacid Rights
TOKYO, Dec 21 (Reuters) - Japan's Takeda Pharmaceutical Co. said on Wednesday its U.S. joint venture with Abbott Laboratories has agreed to give the rights to develop and sell an over-the-counter (OTC) version of the ulcer drug Prevacid in the United States to Novartis AG.
