SteadyMed Announces Closing of Initial Public Offering

SAN RAMON, Calif., March 25, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- SteadyMed Ltd., a specialty pharmaceutical company, today announced the closing of its initial public offering of 4,700,000 ordinary shares at a price to the public of $8.50 per share, resulting in gross proceeds of approximately $40.0 million before underwriting discounts and commissions. All of the ordinary shares were offered by SteadyMed. The ordinary shares began trading on The NASDAQ Global Market under the ticker symbol "STDY" on March 20, 2015.
