SCYNEXIS, Inc. Announces New Board Chairman And New Board Member Appointments Of Well-Known Pharmaceutical Executives

SCYNEXIS, Inc., a chemistry-focused drug discovery and development company, today announced that Dr. Pamela Kirby has been selected as the new Chairman of the Company's Board of Directors replacing Mr. Philip Chauveau, who is retiring as Board Chairman but will remain as a Board Member. Dr. Kirby, the former Chief Executive Officer of Quintiles Transnational Corp., has been a Board Member since December 2004.
