Nate Crowe, a Scheer Partners Vice President, and Jamie Rash, a company Associate, are targeting medical practices to lease the remaining suites in the Rockville property.
At 15200 Shady Grove Road, there are several prominent health-care tenants, including: Community Radiology Associates; Pain Management Specialists; Progressive Spinal & Sports Rehabilitation; Shady Grove Eye and Vision Care; Drs. Schwartz, Funari, Poshni & Chen; Patrick A. Murray, DDS; Kids Teeth; North Potomac Smiles; Gao’s Acupuncture & Herbal Therapy Center; Sleep Services of Maryland; and Cheryl's Health Boutique.
Last fall, Guardian also engaged Scheer Partners to lease space in its 50,549-square-foot medical-office property (formerly the Kaiser Permanente building) at 501 North Frederick Ave. in Gaithersburg, at the corner of Route 355 and Perry Parkway.
“We’re excited to continue our relationship with Guardian through the leasing assignment at 15200 Shady Grove Road. It is an ideal building for medical practices looking to launch an initial location, relocate or expand. The property is very close to Shady Grove Adventist Hospital, the Johns Hopkins Life Sciences Center, and the Shady Grove Life Sciences Center,” Crowe says.
