Recordati S.p.A: Board of Directors Approves 2011 Interim Dividend of EUR 0.20 Per Share

MILAN, ITALY--(Marketwire - November 15, 2011) -

The Board of Directors of Recordati S.p.A. resolved to distribute an interim dividend relating to the financial year 2011 amounting to EUR 0.20 (before withholding tax) on each outstanding share, excluding shares in treasury stock. The interim dividend will be paid as from November 24, 2011 on coupon No. 8 to be presented on November 21, 2011.

The opinion of the independent auditor KPMG S.p.A. required by Article 2433-bis of the Italian Civil Code was released today.

The financial statements of Recordati S.p.A. as at 30 September 2011 and the Directors' Report, on the base of which the Board of Directors resolved to distribute the abovementioned interim dividend, are available at the Company's registered offices and Borsa Italiana S.p.A., as well as being published on the Company's web site www.recordati.com. The Independent Auditor's opinion on the distribution of the interim dividend is also available at the Company's registered offices as per article 2433-bis of the Italian Civil Code.
