Reata Pharmaceuticals. Announces Closing of Class A Common Stock Offering

PLANO, Texas, Dec. 04, 2020 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Reata Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (Nasdaq: RETA) (“Reata” or the “Company”), a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company, today announced the closing of its previously announced underwritten public offering of 2,000,000 shares by the Company of its Class A common stock, at a price to the public of $140.85 per share, for gross proceeds of $281.7 million. Reata has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase 300,000 additional shares of its Class A common stock, on the same terms and conditions as the shares offered in the public offering.

Barclays Capital Inc. and Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC acted as the joint book-running managers for the offering.
