GREENSBORO, N.C.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The Qualicaps Group, a global supplier of empty two-piece gelatin and non-gelatin capsules and capsule filling and sealing equipment, has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Pharmaphil, Inc., a manufacturer of empty gelatin capsules. The transaction is subject to final due diligence and customary regulatory clearances and is expected to close within the next few days.
