BOSTON, Oct 21, 2005 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- The Board of Directors of PerkinElmer, Inc. (NYSE: PKI), meeting on October 21, 2005, declared a regular quarterly dividend of $.07 cents per share of common stock. This dividend is payable on February 10, 2006 to all shareholders of record at the close of business on January 20, 2006.
