SANTA MONICA, Calif., May 18, 2021 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Opiant Pharmaceuticals. (“Opiant”) (NASDAQ: OPNT), a specialty pharmaceutical company developing medicines to treat addictions and drug overdose, announced today that, due to the continuing public health concerns relating to the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, and to protect the health and well-being of its shareholders, employees, and other stakeholders, Opiant's 2021 Annual Meeting of Shareholders will be held in a virtual-only meeting format via live audio webcast. The original date and time of the 2021 Annual Meeting, as well as the matters to be voted on at the 2021 Annual Meeting, remain unchanged.
