Michael Pelletier Named TrueCore Behavioral Solutions Chief Development Officer

TAMPA, Fla., March 21, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- TrueCore Behavioral Solutions, a multi-state operator of at-risk-youth residential facilities and outpatient services, has named Michal Pelletier as chief development officer. Pelletier is a seasoned executive who has held executive-level roles in government and private companies in either the correctional or behavioral space for nearly 20 years. He has experience managing many aspects of company operations from clinical, finance, security, business development, and risk management.
Most recently, Pelletier was the president/chief operating officer of South Bay Community Services in Brockton, Mass. South Bay is a provider of outpatient behavioral health, and early intervention and autism services for adults and children. He oversaw more than 1,000 employees including counselors, social workers, allied professionals and educators. Prior to that, he spent a decade at Community Education Centers, Inc. (CEC), in West Caldwell, NJ, climbing the ranks from director of operations to chief operating officer. CEC worked with the adult correctional population providing re-entry treatment, secure facility management, healthcare and education services.
