Lauren Smith, MD, MPH, Joins Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts board of directors
New member brings 25 years of experience in health care delivery and management, public policy, and public health
BOSTON, Feb. 27, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- Lauren Smith, co-chief executive officer of FSG, one of the world's leading social impact consulting firms, has been elected to the board of directors of Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts.

Smith currently serves on the board of the Health Law Advocates, graduated cum laude from Harvard College with a BA in biology, and holds an MD from the University of California, San Francisco School of Medicine, and an MPH from the University of California, Berkeley School of Public Health.
