Judge Orders Johnson & Johnson's DePuy Orthopaedics, Inc. to Produce Compliance Reports

A federal judge overseeing a raft of cases filed against Johnson & Johnson's DePuy Orthopaedics subsidiary over its Pinnacle hip implants orders the medical device company to provide compliance monitoring reports to the plaintiffs' lawyers. Johnson & Johnson (NYSE:JNJ) subsidiary DePuy Orthopaedics must produce compliance reports on its metal-on-metal Pinnacle hip implant, ruled the federal judge overseeing the multi-district litigation in Texas last week.
