Jean Philibert Joins 10x Executive Management as Chief People Officer

As Chief People Officer, Philibert will be responsible for fostering an energetic, rich and diverse company culture for 10x employees around the world as well as overseeing global recruitment activities for continuous growth. Philibert will leverage her proven experience in guiding high-tech talent acquisition, organizational development and employee relations, at both small, rapidly growing ventures and mature, established companies, towards these goals.
Before joining 10x Genomics, Philibert served as SVP of Human Resources at Analog Devices, a multinational company specializing in semiconductor manufacturing and technology, and as Chief People Officer at KIXEYE, a global gaming company. Philibert earned her M.S. in Industrial Relations and Human Resources from Loyola University and a B.A. from the University of Iowa.
