Jazz Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (Jobs) Announces Initial Public Offering

PALO ALTO, Calif., May 31 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Jazz Pharmaceuticals, Inc. today announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 6,000,000 shares of common stock at $18.00 per share. All of the shares are being offered by Jazz Pharmaceuticals. Jazz Pharmaceuticals' common stock is expected to begin trading on the NASDAQ Global Market under the trading symbol "JAZZ" on Friday, June 1, 2007.

Morgan Stanley & Co. Incorporated and Lehman Brothers Inc. are acting as joint bookrunners and joint lead managers. Co-managers for the offering are Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC and Natexis Bleichroeder Inc. Jazz Pharmaceuticals has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 900,000 shares to cover over-allotments, if any.
