PARIS & BRISBANE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Ipsen (Euronext:IPN) and Tercica, Inc. (Nasdaq:TRCA) today announced the closing of their worldwide strategic collaboration agreement in endocrinology. The transaction was finalized on October 13, 2006 following approval by Tercica stockholders at a special meeting of stockholders held on October 12, 2006.
