They developed the MOOD CHANGER to de-pressurize with a pulse sensation to cause the individual to relax. The garment keeps the child or adult safe if they are a "runner." The invention secures the wearer in the vehicle seat for safety. This prevents the wearer from standing or getting up. It provides added peace of mind to parents and caregivers. It is designed as a weighted vest. Furthermore, the invention is easy to use and reasonably priced.
