Hollister-Stier Laboratories Acquires Land Adjacent To Spokane Facility

SPOKANE, Wash., July 25 /PRNewswire/ -- Hollister-Stier Laboratories, LLC, a leading manufacturer of high quality sterile injectable products for the global pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical markets, is pleased to announce the purchase of a new 7 acre land parcel, located directly behind the west end of the facility at 3525 N. Regal in Spokane, Wash. The purchase of the 294,535 square foot lot on the north 3500 block of Lacey Street provides HollisterStier with additional space needed for the $30 million expansion that begins this fall, and room for future infrastructure. A major expansion component includes installation of a new high speed filling line that more than doubles current capacity. The new filling line and clean room complex is going to be constructed on a small portion of the parcel closest to the current facility. The new line can handle 2 mL - 100 mL vials and fill approximately 400 vials per minute.
