Health Decisions Appoints Rich Podurgal as Chief Human Resources Officer to Support Company’s Projected Growth

This expansion of Health Decisions’ leadership team positions the company for growth as demand increases for its powerful agile clinical development services, which help pharmaceutical, biotech and medical device companies more efficiently manage clinical trials and shorten timelines.

Podurgal received a Bachelor’s degree in Business and Economics from St. Ambrose University and a Masters of Education from North Carolina State University. He brings over 25 years of human resources, training, and performance and organizational development experience to his new position, including management positions at GlaxoSmithKline and Constella Group, and most recently co-ownership of Square Peg Consulting.
