FORMA Therapeutics, Inc. to Host Open House at New Headquarters in Watertown, Mass.

Watertown, MA. -- June 14, 2012 -- FORMA Therapeutics will host an open house event to celebrate its new state-of-the-art headquarters at 500 Arsenal Street, Suite 100 in Watertown, MA on Friday, June 15, 2012 from 4:00 to 6:30 p.m. Lieutenant Governor Timothy Murray, along with representatives from the Massachusetts Life Sciences Center, MassBio and Alexandria Real Estate, will join FORMA’s leadership and employees, industry colleagues and Arsenal Street neighbors in toasting the Company’s expanding footprint and successes to date.

The event is part of a series of Massachusetts life sciences events planned in the days prior to the BIO International Convention, which opens June 18th at the Massachusetts Convention & Exhibition Center in Boston.

The facility houses FORMA’s high-throughput screening, computational and medicinal chemistry, and biology teams. The new Watertown headquarters also supports administration overseeing all operations. The larger corporate headquarters will support planned growth in serving existing and future partnerships, drawing upon the Company’s innovative drug discovery capabilities.
