Flamel Technologies Announces Projected Release Date of Fourth Quarter 2012 Results and Conference Call

LYON, FRANCE--(Marketwire - February 22, 2013) - Flamel Technologies (NASDAQ: FLML) expects to release certain financial results for the fourth quarter of 2012, on Thursday, February 28, 2013, before the market open. A conference call to discuss these results has been scheduled for Thursday, February 28th at 8:30 AM (Eastern Standard Time). A question and answer period will follow management's prepared remarks.
