REDWOOD CITY, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Gene Security Network (GSN) welcomes the birth of the first babies to be born following the use of GSN’s 24 Chromosome Aneuploidy Screening test with Parental SupportTM. The test allows In Vitro Fertilization (IVF) physicians to identify embryos with normal chromosome make-up prior to transfer to the uterus. The twins, a healthy boy and girl, were born on July 6 as the result of in-vitro fertilization and preimplantation genetic screening (PGS) at La Jolla IVF in San Diego, CA.
