Dr. Giza is UC Davis' Chief of Orthopaedic Foot & Ankle Surgery and Co-director of the Foot & Ankle Fellowship. Alafair offers VersaWrap®, an ultrathin, HA-based, non-collagen implant that protects peripheral nerves, tendons, and surrounding tissues such as ligaments and skeletal muscles. Dr. Giza completed a sports medicine fellowship and is currently a team physician for the Sacramento Republic FC professional men's soccer team. He is a former collegiate soccer player and served as an assistant team physician for the United States Soccer Federation.
