BEVERLY, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Enzymatics, Inc., a rapidly growing provider of molecular biology reagents, today announced that patent infringement claims filed against the company by New England BioLabs (NEB) have been significantly narrowed. NEB has completely withdrawn the claim that Enzymatics infringed on U.S. Patent No. 5,670,637 (‘637) and has conceded that U.S. Patent No. 5,874,557 (‘557) has expired, withdrawing its request for injunctive relief.
