Dr. Reddy's Laboratories Ltd. Completes Acquisition Of betapharm For 480 Million Euro

HYDERABAD, India--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 4, 2006--Dr. Reddy's announced that it has completed the acquisition of 100% of betapharm Group, the fourth-largest generic pharmaceuticals company in Germany, for a total enterprise value of EUR 480 million in cash.
