NEW YORK and BOSTON, Jan. 22, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- Veta Health, the digital health management platform that offers care pathways for ambulatory care management, is thrilled to announce its strategic alliance with Boston Children's Hospital, whereby it has uniquely acquired the licensing rights to two of the facility's homegrown technology solutions, TriVox Health and HelpSteps.

The acquisition of license to these platforms, which have been deployed in over ten clinics and 15+ clinical areas and reached over 40,000 users to date, furthers Veta Health's technological capabilities as well as its care pathway offerings in pediatric population health.

"We're thrilled that Boston Children's Hospital is aligned with our mission to improve quality and consistency across ambulatory care settings," said Tanvi Abbhi, co-founder of Veta Health. "Bringing TriVox Health and HelpSteps on board significantly strengthens our market position and will allow us to even better serve our valuable partners through the development and deployment of standardized protocols in pediatric care."

Over the next six months, Veta Health will be building several features of the TriVox and HelpSteps platforms into Veta Health's core offerings, enabling the company to expand its clinical capabilities which afford clinical teams the context and tools needed to provide care in the spaces beyond and between patient visits.

"The patient care journey is about more than the time patients spend in the four walls of the hospital or doctor's office. Extending care to the patient's time away from traditional care settings is crucial to improving long-term health outcomes," said John Brownstein, Chief Innovation Officer at Boston Children's Hospital. "Given the significant strides that Veta Health has taken in the effort to improve ambulatory care through protocol-driven clinical pathways and the tremendous work accomplished by TriVox Health and HelpSteps to date, the potential of these platforms uniting is tremendous. We are immensely excited about the impact this will have on clinicians and patients alike."
