SANTA FE, N.M.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--CytoDyn, Inc. (Pink Sheets: CYDY) has raised $3,000,000 in two private placements that were sold out on March 29, 2010. One placement offered the Company’s restricted common stock to a select group of accredited investors, while the other offered the Company’s convertible preferred shares to a broader range of accredited investors.
