Court Of Appeals Rules In Favor Of Teva Pharmaceutical Industries Limited In Biaxin(R) XL Preliminary Injunction

(Nasdaq: TEVA - News) announced today that the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit has vacated a June 2005 ruling by the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, which had granted Abbott's motion for a preliminary injunction related to Teva's generic Biaxin® (Clarithromycin) XL Filmtabs®.
