Organization adds new CTO, CFO, and SVP of Marketing on the heels of unprecedented growth

New Chief Financial Officer, Dave Thomson, brings 30 plus years of strong experience driving revenue growth to ConsumerMedical. Thomson spent the last 18 years as CFO for Sharp Corporation, the contract pharmaceutical packaging division of UDG Healthcare plc, a Dublin based FTSE 250 company.  Thomson was a key member of the executive team that drove the firm over the past decade, delivering double-digit compound annual revenue growth and a 7x increase in operating profit.

New Chief Technology Officer Kent Tangen brings a results-driven track record to ConsumerMedical which includes successfully implementing innovative solutions while building high-functioning teams. Most recently Tangen was VP of Engineering for Product & Platform Services at SPS Commerce, where he was responsible for a global development team focused on delivering world-class supply chain automation to 70,000 retailers and suppliers. Prior to SPS, Tangen served as the CTO for Bloom Health where he led Technology, Operations and Product Development.  Prior to Bloom Health, Tangen was VP of Engineering at Dow Jones responsible for a global team focused on all aspects of development of Dow Jones digital assets which include both MarketWatch.com and WSJ.com.

New Senior Vice President of Marketing Heather Smiley brings extensive experience in all aspects of leading marketing for high growth employee benefits businesses. She focuses on driving results through all channels including advertising, public relations, communications, sales and service enablement, and innovative digital assets and campaigns. She has previously led marketing organizations at both MassMutual and Fidelity Investments helping drive exponential growth through both organic and acquisition strategies.  Heather has a proven record of success in the strategy and execution of creative marketing and communications initiatives designed to help America's employees, employers and providers achieve successful workplace benefits outcomes.
